The Future Of Sight & Sound

1940s and 1950s illustration and photo advertisements for sight and sound innovations. I was especially surprised when I happened upon the color TV ad in a 1950s magazine. I always thought color was more of a 1960s advancement, but I was wrong.

Picture This...

Some were gifts, one was a thrift store find and another was inherited: From Sawyer's, GAF and Bell & Howell. Two editions of the Viewmaster Viewer, a Panavue II slide viewer and my grandfather's Bell & Howell 8mm camera.

8 Millimeter Moon

1969 Super 8mm film about the NASA Moon Landing. Purchased on a trip to Amherst, Mass. about 12 years ago and still a favorite in my collection.
